Nourish & Glow was set up in early 2021 by sister and brother team Jenny Adams and Chris Hill.

The business came about as a result of Jenny’s search for a good source of nutrition for her daughter and Chris’s decision not to go back into corporate life after a career in IT.

Nourish & Glow exists to find and promote high nutrient plant based foods that work on both mental and physical well being.

We make a point of using all the products we supply so as to relate more closely with client needs and to share reactions to and benefits of the different products.

The business was aimed primarily at health and nutrition requirements and has grown to include healing, meditation and other natural therapies.

The bridge between these is the Raw Ceremonial Cacao which as well as being rich in nutrients, has the ability to calm the mind and body - mostly thanks to the magnesium - making it ideal for therapeutic use. 

Our  products fit perfectly together and can be taken in any combination or by themselves depending on the issue being dealt with. It’s also a matter of taste - some like to add to coffee or another liquid while some prefer to pile everything into a smoothie or sprinkle on their breakfast bowl.
