Cacao and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of cacao

  • 1 banana

  • A squeeze of honey

  • A drop of vanilla

  • 2/3 cup of cold water and 1/3 cup of oat or almond milk - you can change the proportions depending on how ‘milky’ you like your smoothy

  • Chia or flax seeds optional

  • Ice cubes optional - lovely on a really hot day

Put all the ingredients into your blender/Nutribullet and whizz it up until smooth. There you have it! A delicious raw cacao and banana smoothie
