Ingredients
3 tablespoons of cacao
A third of of a mug of plant based milk
Two thirds of a mug of water
To sweeten, maybe a squeeze of honey
For a VEGAN recipe if you could add some maple syrup or some coconut sugar to taste
A drop of vanilla
Pour the milk and water into a mug so you’ve got the right amount for your drink. Pour the mix into a pan and heat without boiling (cacao loses its goodness over 85C) and then add the 3 tablespoons of cacao along with your choice of plant based sweetener , or not if you like things sharp.
Whisk until frothy and warmed through and then serve!
You can also use a milk frother or Thermomix to achieve the same result.
